Renting Balanced Body Equipment – A Beneficial Alternative to Leasing

Opening a Pilates studio often comes with one major obstacle: financing the equipment. Classic bank leasing usually requires the business to have been operating for at least 12 months, complete financial documentation, and a creditworthiness assessment. For new businesses, this can be a practically insurmountable barrier. To address these situations, Balanced Body Polska offers a long-term equipment rental with a buyout option – a solution available even to freshly registered businesses.

A simple model of cooperation

Our version of rental is a beneficial alternative to bank leasing, with simplified formalities and greater flexibility.

1. Minimal formalities

The company is verified solely through publicly available registers. We don’t require accounting documents, revenue history, or leasing creditworthiness. The offer is available even to businesses just starting out, including companies with a newly issued tax ID.

2. Low entry threshold

Instead of the down payment required for leasing, we require a refundable deposit equal to 10% of the equipment’s gross value. This lets you equip your studio without having to commit a large amount of capital at the start of your business.

3. Flexible contract terms

The contract is 7 pages long and includes no additional fees or contractual penalties. You can sign with us for 1, 2, 3, or 4 years, or for an indefinite period. After 6 months of rental under an indefinite-term contract, you can terminate the contract with a one-month notice period – at no additional cost.

4. Costs included in the rental

The rental price includes:

  • equipment delivery,
  • installation,
  • warranty service and – in most cases – post-warranty service as well.

The user is responsible only for everyday use of the equipment.

5. Option to buy out the equipment

Renting doesn’t rule out taking ownership of the equipment. A buyout is possible:

  • after each year of rental (for indefinite-term contracts),
  • at the end of the contract (for fixed-term contracts).

If you’d like to eventually become the owner of the equipment, we offer discount tiers for buying out the machines, depending on the length of the contract:

  • after 1 year – 20% discount,
  • after 2 years – 40% discount,
  • after 5 years – buyout for 1 PLN.

At the end of the contract, you can:

  • return the equipment,
  • buy it out and take ownership,
  • extend the contract for an indefinite period with a one-month notice period.

User experiences

The rental model has been on the market for several years now – many Pilates studios in various cities already use this solution. Why did they choose rental? Owners point above all to the ability to start their business faster, the lack of financial burden at the start, and reduced servicing costs.
