Bravo Reformer Konnector

The Konnector system for the Bravo Reformer was created by Viktor Uygan of Konnect Method to expand the ways in which the Reformer can be used. Its design is based on a single rope connected to attachment points for all four limbs. This configuration makes it possible to perform exercises in which the movements of the arms and legs remain interconnected.

During training with the Konnector, users can move the upper and lower limbs simultaneously. A change in the position or direction of movement of one part of the body can be felt through the others, requiring appropriate tension adjustments and greater precision throughout each exercise.

A key feature of the system is the continuous proprioceptive feedback provided throughout the movement. This helps users observe the body’s responses more consciously and coordinate core stability with limb movement. As a result, the Konnector can be used in exercises that require a greater degree of movement control and coordination.

Four Tri Loops provide contact points for the hands and feet. They are designed to offer a variety of hand and foot positions during exercise. The loops work together with a pulley system connected by a single rope, creating an integrated movement mechanism.

User comfort is further enhanced by specially designed “Quiet Ride” pulleys, which help reduce noise generated during operation.

The Konnector also features a locking mechanism that allows the Reformer to be switched back to its standard functionality. This makes it easy to adapt the system to different types of exercises without giving up the traditional use of the Bravo Reformer.
