The prices listed for Balanced Body equipment refer to standard sets (without optional equipment and supplementary products).

All prices include VAT, as well as all costs related to transportation from the United States to Poland and customs clearance! No hidden costs!

Order Fulfillment Time

The equipment you choose is prepared specifically for your order! Each reformer, Cadillac, barrel, or chair is handcrafted using artisanal methods at the Balanced Body headquarters in California. Therefore, the order fulfillment time may take 4-8 weeks. However, we strive to ensure that most products are available within 2 weeks.

Service and Assembly

The equipment you ordered will be ready for pickup at our warehouse in Katowice, or we can deliver it to your studio. If necessary, we provide assistance from our specialists in assembling the machines, and in case of problems during operation, we also offer service support.

Balanced Body Warranty

Balanced Body offers top-quality Pilates equipment, crafted with attention to the smallest details and ensuring safe and long-lasting use. All Balanced Body products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, and in the event of material or manufacturing defects during the warranty period, they will be replaced or repaired free of charge.
