Pilates Training
Are you thinking about opening a Pilates studio or expanding your current business? Or maybe you are just planning to take an instructor training course on the method created by Joseph Pilates? Do you want to learn the techniques and principles of working with professional exercise equipment? Or perhaps you want to supplement your existing knowledge? If you answered yes to any of these questions, we have the perfect solution for you: Balanced Body Training.
How to become a Pilates instructor?
To become a Pilates instructor, you need to complete a professional Pilates instructor course that prepares you to lead classes on the mat and
equipment according to Joseph Pilates’ method. This is the first step for those who want to work with the body, movement, and conscious training. If you are wondering
where to start, the foundation will be a professional Pilates course, where you will gain anatomical knowledge and practical skills needed to
conduct classes and work with clients.
Choosing the right training is crucial on this path. It often happens that investors focus primarily on equipment
and the studio’s interior, while neglecting the education of instructors. Meanwhile, working with people – especially given their diverse
needs, ailments, and physical limitations – is a huge responsibility. Without in-depth knowledge, it is easy to make a mistake that could harm someone
or worsen their condition.
It is worth stating clearly that an eight-hour or weekend Pilates course does not provide any solid knowledge or skills that allow for
safe teaching of this method.
Before making a decision, carefully examine the available instructor courses. It is worth choosing those that have the best reviews and are conducted
by highly qualified and experienced teachers. Pay special attention to global training programs of the highest reputation, which provide
international certificates and open doors to a career worldwide. One of them is the esteemed Balanced Body educational program, which is also
present in Poland. The proprietary Balanced Body Education program was developed by Nora St. John. It started in 2006 and is now based on a powerful, global
network of over 400 specialized Educators.

What can you expect from Balanced Body Training?
By choosing Pilates training with Balanced Body, you join a community of over 30,000 graduates, benefiting from optimal teaching methods
developed over the years. The Balanced Body Instructor Training program is a comprehensive training that teaches the foundations
of the method and safe work on the machines from the ground up.
During your studies, you will learn how to wisely design classes and how to precisely tailor exercises to the specific needs of each client. The program available in
Poland is divided into flexible modules, such as Mat Instructor Training, Reformer Instructor Training, or Comprehensive Pilates Instructor Training,
allowing you to tailor your path to your own goals.
For example, within the mat training alone, you will go through all stages of knowledge – from a solid introduction and understanding of movement principles
(Movement Principles) to advanced levels. You will delve into the principles of exercise modification, injury prevention, and learn guidelines for teaching
specific groups, including seniors and women before and after childbirth. You will also learn how to use accessories (e.g., bands, rings) to
go beyond standard torso work, develop overall body strength, and create creative, dynamic classes.
A well-executed, professional Pilates instructor course opens doors to a career in the best studios around the world.
Who are Balanced Body trainings for?
Balanced Body trainings are aimed at a wide range of people working with the body and movement. It is an excellent step to start a career
